Virtual Annual Meeting 2020

Dear members,
 

due to the current COVID-19 restrictions accross the world and our commitment to #stayathome, we deeply regret, that we have to move our Annual Meeting 2020 from Palma to Mallorca to an Virtual Annual Meeting.

But there are also benefits: Now everybody can easily join our Virtual Annual Meeting and participate in shaping our future! There are enough topics to discuss!
Even if we are not able to celebrate our 20th birthday in a special venue, we can make this year`s Annual Meeting the "most visited" one.

So save Saturday, May, 9th and participate in our Virtual Annual Meeting.

Beginning will be at 09:00z (11:00 CET) with an open end. After the closing of the Annual Meeting, we invite you to fly together on VATSIM with us.

To join our Virtual Annual Meeting, just join here in the Events Module and we will send you the Agenda and the access data one week before the Annual Meeting.

We are looking forward to meet you virtually on May, 9th and to discuss our future!

Liebe Mitglieder,

aufgrund der weltweiten  COVID-19 Restriktionen und unserer Unterstützung von #zuhausebleiben, bedauern wir es sehr, dass wir unsere Hauptversammlung 2020 nicht in Palma de Mallorca abhalten können und stattdessen erstmals auf eine virtuelle Hauptversammlung zurückgreifen werden.

Das hat aber natürlich auch Vorteile: Nun kann jeder einfach und kostenneutral an unserer virtuellen Hauptversammlung teilnehmen und unsere Zukunft mitgestalten. Es gibt jedenfalls genügend Themen!
Auch wenn es uns nicht möglich ist, unseren 20. Geburtstag an einem besonderen Ort zu feiern, können wir die diesjährige Hauptversammlung aber zur meistbesuchten machen.

Also, merke Dir den Samstag, 9. Mai vor und nehme an unserer virtuellen Hauptversammlung teil.

Beginn ist um 09:00z (bzw. 11:00 mitteleuropäischer Zeit), das Ende ist offen. Nach der Hauptversammlung laden wir Euch noch ein, zusammen mit uns auf VATSIM zu fliegen.

Um an unserer virtuellen Hauptversammlung teilzunehmen, gibst Du Deine Teilnahme einfach über unser Eventmodul bekannt, bzw. trägst Dich ein. Etwa eine Woche vor der Hauptversammlung lassen wir Dir die Agenda und den Zugang zukommen.

Wir freuen uns, auch Dich virtuell am 9. Mai zu treffen und zusammen mit Dir unsere Zukunft zu diskutieren!
